One secret that she shares to create inclusivity is that she designated brand ambassadors within the group to help create content and respond to posts so that it became extremely active. Although she no longer has official brand ambassadors now, there are several people that naturally take this role on their own. If you are wondering how to create a more inclusive Facebook group then listen to Katie’s advice on this episode of My Biz Bestie.
